Robotics for routine rounds
Indoor robots would support defined monitoring routes, using sensing to gather information between in-person checks.
We’re developing AI-powered robotic monitoring as a service to help stretched care teams spend less time on routine monitoring and more time with people.
Between in-person visits, teams need to stay aware of residents who may need assistance. Alongside is being designed to support that work, bringing robotics, AI and human judgment into one monitoring service.
Our initial focus is senior living, where useful, timely information can help staff decide where their attention is needed.
A proposed workflow combining indoor robotics, AI-assisted sensing and remote human review.
Indoor robots would support defined monitoring routes, using sensing to gather information between in-person checks.
AI-assisted sensing would flag potential assistance needs for remote human review, helping teams assess which alerts are useful.
Reviewed alerts would be escalated to on-site care staff through an agreed workflow. Care teams remain responsible for hands-on care and response.
The service is in development. We’re assessing hardware and software alongside operator needs, with a focused pilot workflow to validate before expanding.
We’re seeking senior-living operators to help shape and test a practical monitoring service. Initial pilots would focus on a defined routine-monitoring workflow and clear success criteria.
Discuss becoming a pilot partnerThese are planned evaluation measures; pilot results are not yet available.
